Hi, I’m Victor Gorsky-Mochalov, an intellectual property lawyer at CLAIMS based in Belgrade, Serbia. I specialize on international IP protection strategies, domain dispute resolution, and tough negotiations.
I have been practicing law for over 12 years, and specializing on intellectual property since 2017.
In 2025, I was recognized as a Rising Star in the international ranking of intellectual property lawyers IP STARS.
My deep knowledge and experience in the IP field allows me to contribute to the international development of the industry as a member of International Trademark Association (INTA) committees such as INTA Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee in 2022-2023 and INTA Internet Committee 2024-2025. Since 2023 I am also a member of Association of Intellectual Property Lawyers of Armenia (AIPR).
I also have Master of Law degree and made research on the constitutional grounds of university autonomy.
Since 2018 I’m a co-host at Copycast, a podcast about intellectual property and related stuff.
I make researches on intellectual property law, give commentaries in media, and give lectures on IP law.
